Live Well Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Clinic Nurse to provide primary clinical support in outpatient settings. You will assist providers with patient histories, vital signs, and documentation to ensure efficient workflows and quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (LPN preferred).
• New and experienced LPNs are encouraged to apply.
• Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow scope of practice are essential.
