Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency in Danville, PA is seeking a Clinic Nurse to provide primary clinical support in outpatient settings. You will assist providers with patient care, collect histories, monitor vitals, and prepare patients for examinations while ensuring accurate documentation.

You will oversee minor procedures, collect lab specimens, administer medications and vaccines, maintain sterile environments, and support a collaborative care team across varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing.
