Nursing Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and deliver healthcare including medication administration, medical intakes, and chronic care management
• Respond to sick call requests and emergencies, perform physicals, and provide patient education
• Maintain knowledge of pharmacology and medication costs
• Provide guidance to Medically Trained Personnel as needed
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Location: Bartholomew County Jail

Shift: 7 PM to 7 AM, 3 days/week with alternating weekends

Requirements

• Valid LPN or RN license
• CPR certification
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
