Southern HealthCare Management is seeking a motivated LPN to join our team on the 2:45pm–11:15pm (2nd shift), Monday through Friday, at our Lincoln County facility. You will provide direct care to patients and residents in a skilled nursing, sub-acute and long-term care setting.

Formación

• Successful completion of a Practical or Vocational Nursing Program.
• Clear and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state of practice.

• Provide direct care for patients and residents in a skilled nursing, sub-acute care and long-term care nursing center.
• Coordinate with care teams to ensure patient comfort, safety and timely interventions.
