Job summary

Southern HealthCare Management in Durham, NC is seeking a motivated LPN for full-time shifts from 7 AM–3 PM or 3 PM–11 PM to support our skilled nursing, sub-acute, and long-term care residents.

You will provide direct patient care and work with a leadership team focused on growth and teamwork. Requirements include completion of an LPN program, active LPN licensure in the state, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a Practical or Vocational Nursing Program required.
• Clear and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state of practice required.
• Active CPR Certification.

Responsibilities
