Fine Care Center is seeking licensed practical nurses (LPNs) to join our NY facilities. You will work under physicians and registered nurses, taking vital signs, collecting samples, and administering medications while maintaining patient comfort and reporting status to the team.

Applicants must hold an active NY LPN license, CPR certification, and meet routine safeguarding requirements. We offer flexible scheduling, orientation, and benefits across NY locations.

Qualifications

• Active NY LPN license required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• MMR & Varicella titers must be current.
• PPD or chest X-ray proof if applicable.
• Original non-expired ID required.
• Original proof of work authorization required.
• Malpractice insurance policy
• Knowledge of EMR programs a plus.

Responsabilités

• Work under supervision of doctors and RNs.
• Take vital signs and collect samples.
• Administer medications and ensure patient comfort.
• Report patient status to supervising nurses.

Fine Care Center (LPN) Licensed Practical Nurses are responsible for working under the supervision of doctors and RNs, performing duties such as taking vital signs, collecting samples, administering medication, ensuring patient comfort, and reporting the status of their patients to the nurses.

Requirements of the (LPN) Licensed Practical Nurse are as follows:

• Active New York State LPN License
• Physical
• Current CPR certification
• High level of patience, empathy, and compassion is a MUST
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Resume
• MMR & Varicella titers
• PPD or proof of chest X-ray if positive
• 1 Personal reference letter, 1 Professional reference letter
• Original non-expired State Identification
• Original proof of Work Authorization
• Malpractice Insurance Policy
• Knowledge of EMR Programs a plus!
