Fine Care Center is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to work across our NY facilities. The role involves taking vital signs, administering medications, and ensuring patient comfort under supervision of doctors and RNs. We offer flexible scheduling and multiple locations throughout New York.

Qualified candidates hold an NY LPN license, CPR, and can provide MMR/Varicella titers, references, and proof of work authorization. EMR experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active New York State LPN license is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Must demonstrate patience, empathy, and compassion.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Resume required.
• MMR & Varicella titers.
• PPD or chest X-ray if positive.
• One personal and one professional reference letter.
• Original non-expired State ID.
• Original proof of work authorization.
• Malpractice insurance policy.
• Knowledge of EMR programs is a plus.

Responsabilités

Fine Care Center (LPN) Licensed Practical Nurses are responsible for working under the supervision of doctors and RNs, performing duties such as taking vital signs, collecting samples, administering medication, ensuring patient comfort, and reporting the status of their patients to the nurses.

Requirements of the (LPN) Licensed Practical Nurse are as follows:

• Active New York State LPN License
• Physical
• Current CPR certification
• High level of patience, empathy, and compassion is a MUST
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Resume
• MMR & Varicella titers
• PPD or proof of chest X-ray if positive
• 1 Personal reference letter, 1 Professional reference letter
• Original non-expired State Identification
• Original proof of Work Authorization
• Malpractice Insurance Policy
