Your Role:

As an LPN, you’ll play a vital role in our residents’ health and comfort. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring vital signs to ensure residents' well-being.
  • Assisting residents with daily needs, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, to maintain their comfort and dignity.
  • Supporting medical staff by administering medications and performing basic medical tasks.
  • Keeping accurate and confidential patient records.
  • Observing residents and reporting changes in health to the medical team.
  • Communicating procedures and care plans clearly to residents and their families.
  • Changing dressings and bandages to support proper healing.
