Elm Manor in Canandaigua, NY is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for evening shifts. New grads are welcome. Part-time and full-time options are available, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and other benefits.

You will administer medications and treatments, monitor residents’ health, assist with care plans, and collaborate with physicians, RNs, and CNAs to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive setting.

Qualifications

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.

Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
Provide nursing care for residents, including wound care, catheter care, and assistance with daily living activities.
Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
Educate residents and their families about health management and procedures.
Ensure that all care is delivered in accordance with regulatory and facility guidelines.
Respond to emergencies and provide critical care when necessary.
Assist with training and supervising nursing assistants (CNA).
