Ontario Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Canandaigua, NY is actively hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse for our 98-bed skilled nursing facility. The candidate should have strong communication skills and a pleasant demeanor.

A $5,000 sign-on bonus and higher base rates reflect our commitment to experienced LPNs. Base rate ranges from $29.50 to $35 per hour with a $0.50 shift differential for evenings and nights; daily pay is available through a third-party provider for faster access to

Formación

• Must be able to work as a team member.
• Valid NY State LPN license.
• In good standing with State Registry.

Responsabilidades

• Recording health details of Residents; including vitals & temperature.
• Administering medications and injections to Residents as needed.
• Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as needed.
• May be required to supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
• H elps Residents get dressed & take care of personal hygiene.
• Monitors Residents’ food and liquid intake and output.
