New Paltz Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare is actively hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to work at our Skilled Nursing Facility in New Paltz, NY.

Now Offering a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Earn up to $31.75 an hour based on experience and shift!

Base rate is $27.50 - $31.00, with an additional 0.75 shift differential for evenings and nights.

Responsibilities:

• Collecting resident admission information
• Recording health details, including vitals and temperature
• Administering medications and injections
• Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores
• Supervising CNAs may be required
• Assisting residents with personal hygiene and dressing
• Monitoring food and liquid intake/output

Requirements:

• Ability to work as part of a team
• Valid NY State LPN license
• Good standing with the State Registry
