LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse

Onondaga Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare is actively hiring LPN Team Members for our skilled nursing facility.

Compensation: Base rate $27.50-$31 with an additional $0.75 shift differential for evening and night shifts.

Full-time and part-time positions are available.

Responsibilities:

1. Collect required information from new Residents for admission
2. Record health details of Residents, including vitals and temperature
3. Administer medications and injections as needed
4. Treat and dress wounds and bedsores
5. Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as required
6. Assist Residents with dressing and personal hygiene
7. Monitor Residents' food and liquid intake/output

Requirements:

• Must be able to work as a team member
• Valid NY State LPN license
• In good standing with State Registry
