Five Star Nursing is actively seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for placement in a Skilled Nursing Facility. We connect dedicated LPNs with roles aligned to their goals and ensure a smooth onboarding process with quick interviews.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required
• CPR certification (BLS or ALS accepted)
• Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility
• Strong patient assessment skills and demonstrated clinical competency

• Assist in rehabilitation per physician plan of treatment

LPN/ Licensed Practical Nurse Job Duties and Requirements:

• Currently holds an active state issued LPN license.
• CPR Certified (BLS or ALS accepted)
• Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility
• Strong patient assessment skills and demonstrated clinical competency
• Assess and record symptoms and/or reactions and progress in patients.
• Administer patient medications as prescribed by the treating physician.
• Assist in rehabilitation in accordance with the physician's established plan of treatment.
