Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Covington, LA is seeking licensed practical nurses to join our residential rehab team. You will provide quality medical care throughout admission, treatment and discharge, and coordinate prescriptions with accurate med logs.

Collaborate with medical, clinical and UR teams to ensure coordinated care, maintain meticulous documentation, and provide patient education in individual and group settings.

Qualifications

• Post-high school diploma program completion (minimum 1 year).
• Current licensure to practice in-state, or compact licensure with multistate privileges.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, efficient worker with ability to multitask.
• Compassionate, dignified character which models recovery principles.

Responsibilities
