Job summary

Essentia Health in Fargo, ND seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to support the cardiology practice on-site. The role runs 8 am–5 pm, Monday through Friday with no weekends, holidays, or on-call rotations.

You will assist RNs and providers, perform procedures within your competency, and contribute to compassionate patient care in ambulatory and home care settings. ND LPN licensure is required; MN license within 3 months; BCLS within 3 months; cardiology experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Cardiology experience is preferred.
• North Dakota LPN license required upon hire.
• Minnesota LPN license required within 3 months of hire.
• AHA Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assists RN, Physician and other providers and provides direct patient care in ambulatory and/or home care setting.
• Performs identified procedures for which competencies have been demonstrated.
