Job summary

Meadowlake Estates in Oklahoma City, OK, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the care team for the 3pm–11pm shift, Monday through Friday. The role focuses on delivering high-quality nursing care in a long-term and rehabilitative setting and supporting residents with dignity and compassion.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Maintains nursing standards and ensures care aligns with licensure and Nurse Practice Act.

• Maintains appropriate nursing service objectives, goals, and standards of nursing practices consistent with licensure requirements and the Nurse Practice Act.
• Evaluates staffing pattern needed to meet the needs of the residents in conjunction with the Director of Nursing.
• Administers medication/treatments as prescribed.
• Receive, transcribe, and implement physician’s orders.
