American Senior Communities is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Trailpoint Village care setting in Indiana. Earn $38–$42 per hour with 8-hour day/evening shifts and 12-hour night shifts on the Vent Unit.

The role emphasizes compassionate, relationship-based care and promoting residents' physical and psychosocial well-being. Responsibilities include thorough assessments, accurate documentation, and collaboration with nursing and facility teams to ensure high-quality care.

Earning potential: $38-42/hour

8 Hour Days and Evenings

12 Hour Night Shift Vent Unit

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff. Each day, our nurses utilize their nursing skills to promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of the residents, leading to a rewarding sense of fulfillment and satisfaction.
