Job summary

American Senior Communities LLC seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Riverwalk Village in Noblesville, IN. Day and Evening shifts available to deliver high-quality geriatric care and support to our residents and their families.

You will assess residents, document changes, manage medications, and work with a coordinated care team to ensure compassionate, evidence-based nursing that aligns with CARE values.
