Job Summary

As an LPN at Emerald Nursing & Rehab Lancaster, you will provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents, including assessing patient needs, administering medications, wound care, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Work Environment

Performed in a skilled nursing facility with potential exposure to infectious diseases and hazardous materials. PPE is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care, including medications, wound care, and treatments.
• Monitor vital signs, document progress, and report changes.
• Assist in developing and implementing care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
