Job summary
Glengariff Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit.
Responsibilities include medication administration (including IVs), vital signs, and supervising CNAs while delivering high-quality resident care. An active LPN license is required, with opportunities for advancement and recognition.

- Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include;
- Medication Administration, including IVs.
- Taking and recording vital signs.
- Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
- Provide resident and family education.
- Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
- Supervising CNAs
- Current License-LPN
Salary: Up to $43 an hour
