Job summary

Glengariff Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for night shift. You will provide skilled nursing care in our SNF and long-term care units, administer medications (including IVs), monitor vital signs, and educate residents and families.

The role includes supervising CNAs and coordinating with physicians and other health professionals. We offer competitive wages, union benefits through 1199, and a range of medical, dental, and vision plans.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in New York.
• Experience in long-term care/ SNF preferred.
• Ability to administer medications and monitor outcomes.
