Job summary
Glengariff Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit in New York. The role includes medication administration (including IVs), vitals, patient care, and family education, with collaborative care between physicians and NPs.
Current LPN license required. This position offers night shift hours (11pm-7am) and a comprehensive benefits package as part of our Equal Opportunity Employer policy.

- Provide care for Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit residents.
- Administer medications, including IVs.
- Take and record vital signs.
- Provide resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcomes.
- Educate residents and families.
- Communicate with physicians, NPs, families and other health professionals.
- Supervise CNAs.

Salary: Up to $43 an hour
