Job summary

Complete Care at Wall is seeking an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Wall, SD. This role offers full-time, part-time, and per diem schedules with shift differentials for 3-11p and 11-7a to support resident care.

You will administer medications, monitor health, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to care plans and physician orders.
• Monitor residents’ health, report changes, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive resident care.
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal healthcare regulations to ensure safety and compliance.
