The Grand Pavilion for Rehabilitation and Nursing at Rockville Centre is seeking a dedicated LPN to join our team. This role offers daily pay and a competitive salary for experienced nursing professionals.

Responsibilities include supervising shift staff, maintaining high standards of resident care, and taking a leadership role in the unit when the Unit Manager is unavailable. Our facility emphasizes dignity, respect, and privacy in resident care.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as a Practical Nurse in New York.
• Clinical knowledge and skill in nursing practices.
• Able to function under supervision and independently when situations warrant.
• Able to communicate tactfully and effectively with physicians, supervisors, staff and other disciplines.
• Able to assume unit leadership role in the absence of the Unit Manager.
• Pro-active in seeking interventions for resident care and services and performs duties with thoughtfulness, timeliness, knowledge and skill within the scope of his/her license.
• Maintains privacy and confidentiality of resident information.

Responsibilities

The Grand Pavilion for Rehabilitation and Nursing at Rockville Center is a facility with 158 beds and is proud of their state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Gym servicing 60 + short term beds. Our The Grand Pavilion for Rehabilitation and would provide an excellent setting for learning and growth.
