The Grand Pavilion for Rehabilitation and Nursing at Rockville Centre is seeking a licensed LPN to join our team. This role supports high-quality resident care across shifts and requires strong clinical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

• Able to communicate effectively with physicians, supervisors, staff.
• Able to lead unit in the absence of the Unit Manager.
• Pro-active in resident care and services with thoughtfulness and timeliness.
• Flexible to special staffing or clinical situations.
• Maintains privacy and confidentiality of resident information.
• Maintains control of access to medications.
• Computer literate and well organized.

The Grand Pavilion for Rehabilitation and Nursing at Rockville Center is a facility with 158 beds and is proud of their state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Gym servicing 60 + short term beds. Our The Grand Pavilion for Rehabilitation and would provide an excellent setting for learning and growth.

Responsibilities Include:

Supervises and coordinates activities of personnel assigned to a specific shift. Communicates and applies policies, practices, procedures, objectives, and goals necessary for attainment of excellent resident care.

• Flexible to special staffing or clinical situations which may require deviations from the usual work pattern,

• Must be computer literate and possess strong organizational skills.
