Safire Rehabilitation of Northtowns in Tonawanda, NY is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for multiple shifts, including 7a-3p weekends only and 3p-11p/11p-7a PT. New pay rates range from $29.00 to $35.35 per hour, with part-time positions and opportunities for career growth.

Formación

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in NY.
• Must have BLS Certification.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Every other weekend required

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document residents' health conditions, including vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Provide nursing care for residents, including wound care, catheter care, and assistance with daily living activities.
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
• Educate residents and their families about health management and procedures.
• Ensure that all care is delivered in accordance with regulatory and facility guidelines.
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical care when necessary.
• Assist with training and supervising nursing assistants (CNA).
