As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on our per diem team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will collaborate with our licensed nurses and other healthcare staff to provide high-quality care to our residents, including:
Assessing and addressing the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents
Developing and implementing individualized care plans
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
Providing vital signs and document resident information accurately
Participating in inter-disciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care and concerns
Provide nursing care to residents, including vital signs, treatments, and medications
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
Document resident information accurately and thoroughly
Participate in inter-disciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care and concerns
Maintain a clean and safe environment for our residents and staff

High school diploma or equivalent required
