Elderwood at Hamburg is seeking an LPN to join our care team. You will provide resident-centered nursing care on a unit, collaborate with RNs and therapists, and follow individualized care plans.

This full- or part-time role offers 12-hour shifts, competitive pay up to $35.54/hr with generous shift differentials, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance and a 401(k) match.

Formación

• LPN or RN license required by NY state.
• LPN training and geriatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

(LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse): As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you'll work alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional resident-centered care.

Responsibilities include:

Qualifications

(LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse):

• Credentials as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) with a New York State license required.

• LPN Training and work experience in a geriatric setting preferred.

• Ability to supervise and work well with other personnel required.

• Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing required.

• Caring, respectful attitude towards residents required.

• Physical stamina for constant activity required.

• Ability to perform tasks to established standards of excellence required.
• This position requires regular interaction with residents, coworkers, visitors, and/or supervisors.In order to ensure a safe work environment for residents, coworkers, visitors, and/or supervisors of the Company, and to permit unfettered communication between the employee and those residents, coworkers, visitors, and supervisors, this position requires that the employee be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language at an intermediate or more advanced level.
