The successful candidate will hold an active LPN license in North Carolina, have a high school diploma, and prefer LTC/SNF experience; they will follow nursing policies, ensure resident safety, and collaborate with a supportive management team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current State License as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• LTC/SNF Experience Preferred.
