Ponca-City-Nursing-and-Rehab is seeking a compassionate LPN for night shifts to supervise and coordinate nursing care. You will assess residents’ needs, ensure high-quality care, and support person-centered routines in daily living.

The role requires an active Oklahoma LPN license, strong communication, and the ability to document and follow regulations. A $3,500 sign-on bonus is offered along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN license in Oklahoma in good standing.
• Proven ability to supervise nursing staff and coordinate care.
