Job summary

Spring Creek Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated LPN to join our compassionate nursing team in New Jersey. You will provide direct patient care under RN supervision, administer medications, monitor vital signs and support residents with a focus on comfort and dignity.

The role requires an active NJ LPN/LVN license, ability to handle a fast-paced environment, and flexibility for days, evenings, and weekends. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is offered to qualifying candidates.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN license in New Jersey.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with interruptions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team.

• Collaborate with other disciplines to develop and implement effective care strategies.
