Canon Lodge Care Center in Oklahoma City is seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse to join our professional team. You will monitor patient conditions, provide high-quality nursing care, and supervise CNAs to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

The role requires LPN licensure, graduation from an accredited program, CPR certification, and prior skilled nursing experience is preferred. This is a full-time position with a sign-on bonus and shift differentials as listed.

Competenze

• Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
• Currently licensed/registered in applicable State. Must maintain active LPN license.
• One year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation; CPR must remain current.

Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements

Must maintain an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout employment.One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferredCPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
