Canon Lodge Care Center in Colorado Springs is seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team. The LPN provides quality nursing care, monitors patient conditions, and reports changes to physicians and supervisors.
You will supervise CNAs, deliver compassionate care, and ensure compliance with Life Care standards. A state LPN license and CPR certification are required; a sign-on bonus is offered for FT employment.

Graduated from an accredited LPN programCurrently licensed/registered in applicable State. Must maintain an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout employment.One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferredCPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
