Job summary

Heritage Ridge Senior Living at Windy Hill is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to fill open night shifts. The role involves administering medications, providing skilled nursing care, and collaborating with the care team in a sub-acute setting.

We offer FT and PT night options, with Walk-In interviews available Monday–Friday 10am–3pm. Join a facility known for high-quality care and a strong support network for staff and residents.

Qualifications

• Accredited practical nursing program completed.
• Active PA LPN license required.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Nursing tasks within the scope of LPN licensure.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with federal, state, local, and facility policies.
• Maintain confidentiality and rights of residents, families, employees, and facility information per HIPPA and regulations.
• Interact cooperatively with residents, families, visitors and other staff.
• Collaborate closely with the nursing team and adapt to changing clinical settings.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

• Performs nursing functions within scope of LPN licensure

• Strong LPN skills required

• Works closely with all members of the nursing team and must have the ability to adapt to changing day to day environment/clinical settings

• Administering medications and treatments in compliance with federal, state, local, and facility policies

• Maintaining confidentiality and rights of residents, family, employee, and facility information in compliance with HIPPA policies and applicable regulations

• Interacting cooperatively with residents, families, visitors, and other staff

LPN POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Completion of an accredited school of practical nursing

• Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) in the State of PA

• Required experiencefor Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ): Nursing: 1 year

• Required licenseor certification for Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ): LPN
