Job summary

Brooklyn Gardens Nursing and Rehabilitation Center seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). You will collect patient information, record vitals, prepare patients for exams, administer medications, and assist with wound care and basic hygiene. Supervision of CNAs may be required.

Responsibilities

• Collect patient information for admission and medical records.
• Record health data including vitals and temperature.

• May supervise Certified Nursing Assistants as needed.
• Assist patients with dressing and personal hygiene.
• Monitor patients' intake and output.

Qualifications for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN):
