Full Time Evenings * Part Time All Shifts

Morningstar Residential Care Center is a family owned and operated skilled nursing & rehabilitation center in Oswego, NY, just minutes away from Route 481.

Requirements for an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse

• Current and valid New York State LPN License

• Current CPR Certification

• Basic Computer Knowledge

Responsibilities for an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse

• Assists in planning and implementing the nursing care of residents within the skilled nursing setting with supervision of an RN.

• Responsible for ensuring the continuity of care or residents

• Provides direct care

• Supervises C.N.A's and supportive staff members

• Participates in resident and family education

• Maintains role as resident advocate with focus on facility's mission
