Pay rate up to $29/hour + Shift Differentials

Full Time Evenings * Part Time All Shifts

*** Sign On Bonus: Full Time $8K, Part Time $4K ***

Morningstar is currently seeking team members to support our mission as an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse in our 120-bed long-term and sub-acute skilled nursing facility.

Morningstar Residential Care Center is a family-owned and operated skilled nursing & rehabilitation center located in Oswego, NY, just minutes from Route 481.

Requirements for an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse

• Current and valid New York State LPN License

• Current CPR Certification

• Basic Computer Knowledge

Responsibilities for an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse

• Assist in planning and implementing the nursing care of residents under the supervision of an RN.

• Ensure the continuity of care for residents.

• Provide direct care to residents.

• Supervise C.N.A.s and supportive staff members.

• Participate in resident and family education.

• Maintain the role of resident advocate, aligned with the facility's mission.
