Job summary

Elm Crest Senior Living in Nebraska is seeking an LPN to join our nursing team with flexible shifts including Full-Time Nights (6:00 PM–6:00 AM) and PRN opportunities. Competitive pay and shift differentials are offered to reward experience and commitment.

You will deliver skilled nursing care, monitor residents, assist with assessments, administer treatments, and collaborate with families and the care team to promote residents’ health and well-being.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Iowa or an active multistate LPN license from an NLC state.
• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English with residents, families, physicians, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Delivering skilled nursing care in accordance with resident care plans.

Position Options

• Full-Time Nights: 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
• PRN / On-Call: Choose shifts as they become available
• Opportunities to pick up additional hours ranging from part-time to full-time schedules

Compensation

• $25.00-$31.33 per hour , depending on experience
• Evening Differential: $3.25/hour
• Night Differential: $3.50/hour
• Holiday and on-call premium pay opportunities

What You'll Contribute

As an LPN, you'll play a key role in supporting residents' health, comfort, and quality of life by:

Qualifications

Required

Preferred

• Previous long-term care, rehabilitation, or senior living experience
• Recent nursing graduates are encouraged to apply
