Job summary

Charter Senior Living is seeking an LPN to support residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. The role emphasizes compassionate, resident-centered care and strong teamwork to improve quality of life for seniors.

The LPN will perform assessments, manage medications, document care, and collaborate with families and physicians to ensure continuity of care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• Assisted living/memory care or senior living experience preferred.
• Strong medication management and clinical assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and clinical support to residents.

Position Summary

The LPN / Licensed Practical Nurse plays a vital role in supporting the health, wellness, and quality of life of residents within our Assisted Living and/or Memory Care communities.
