Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current State License as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• LTC/SNF Experience Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and safeguard the health, safety and welfare of Residents under their care by following applicable laws, regulations, and established nursing policies and procedures.
• Support the organization’s goals of delivering quality resident care and maintaining safety standards.
• Provide direct nursing care and collaborate with the care team to ensure individualized resident plans.
