Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Rancho Rehab & Healthcare Center – Florissant, MO
Rancho Rehab & Healthcare Center is a 120-bed skilled nursing community committed to clinical excellence and compassionate care. We are currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and/or Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our active, dedicated, and fun team!

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:
Accurately record patient medical histories
Monitor vital signs and document accordingly
Observe patient responses to treatments and medications
Track fluid intake/output and maintain accurate charts
Assist residents with daily activities (eating, bathing, etc.)
Administer medications, injections, dress wounds, and perform other basic medical care
Collect lab samples as needed
Provide emotional and psychological support
Communicate effectively with families, offering guidance and updates
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Requirements:
Current, unencumbered LPN or RN license in the state of Missouri
Ability to perform diverse care tasks and work within a multidisciplinary team
Familiarity with healthcare safety and sanitation standards
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, patient, and calm under pressure
Understanding of nursing best practices and confidentiality requirements
