Job summary

treyburnrehab is seeking an LPN to join our skilled nursing and long-term care team. You will provide direct patient care, collaborate with nurses, and contribute to a supportive, safety-focused environment in Durham, NC.

The role requires completion of a Practical or Vocational Nursing Program, an active LPN license in the state, and CPR certification. We offer full-time shifts (7 AM–3 PM and 3 PM–11 PM) and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a Practical or Vocational Nursing Program.
• Active LPN licensure in the state of practice.
• Active CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care for patients and residents in the facility.
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs with appropriate licensure supervision per state requirements.
• Assist with care planning and documentation, ensuring quality patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing Valid State licensure as an LPN Current CPR certification

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Able to supervise LPN’s and certified nursing assistants with appropriate LPN supervisory training as per state requirement

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND ENVIRONMENT Shift work may be required. Employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands or fingers, reach with hands and arms, feel, talk and hear. Employee will occasionally assist to lift and / or transfer patients weighing between 100 to 250 pounds Employee is occasionally exposed to blood or other body fluids, fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals. In compliance with applicable law, reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS Participates in (or conducts) company-sponsored training to safeguard against improper use and disclosure of resident’s protected health information. Monitors and ensures compliance with company policies, procedures and state and federal law.
