Job summary

TK Health is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the Rogers County Jail healthcare team in Claremore, Oklahoma. This 12-hour day shift role offers $26–$27 per hour with rotating weekends and the opportunity to deliver essential patient care in a secure correctional setting.

You will administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with RNs and facility staff under established nursing protocols, while growing your clinical skills.

Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma LPN license
• CPR certification
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and with a healthcare team
• Correctional healthcare experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient conditions and promptly report changes in health status.
• Assist with patient intake screenings and nursing assessments within your scope of practice.
• Respond appropriately to medical concerns and emergencies.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
