The ARC at Cincinnati is hiring a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing team. You will deliver quality nursing care, support resident well-being, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to uphold the highest standards of care.

Join our caring team to provide direct care, administer medications, and participate in admissions, transfers, and discharge planning while maintaining infection control and safety policies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents according to individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the Registered Nurse and/or physician.
• Accurately document resident care, observations, and treatments.
• Supervise and support CNAs to ensure quality resident care.
• Assist with resident admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members.
• Maintain infection control practices and adhere to all safety regulations and facility policies.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
