BrightStar Care of Richmond is seeking licensed RN or LPN professionals to provide in-home care to clients with diverse medical needs in the Richmond area.

Positions offer full-time, part-time, and PRN options with flexible schedules, weekly pay, and benefits. Ideal candidates have a valid RN/LPN license in Virginia, CPR certification, and the ability to work independently while delivering compassionate, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered RN or LPN license in the state of care.
• One year of nursing experience required.
• CPR certification and negative TB test or chest x-ray.
• Licensed driver with valid auto insurance.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent reading, writing and verbal English communication.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• RN/LPN – handle ALS, vent and peg tube care; day shifts up to 12 hours.
• RN/LPN – care for a 1-month-old with trach/vent and feeding tube.
• RN/LPN – care for a 15-year-old quadriplegic; hours likely Mon-Fri days.

Responsibilities

• RN/LPN – experience with ALS, vent and peg tube. Hours are days up to 12 hours a day.
• RN/LPN – 1-month old, trach/vent care, feed tube, dialysis, etc.
• RN/LPN – 15 year old quadriplegic, hours most likely Mon-Fri days

Requirements
