- Active, unrestricted Wisconsin LPN license.

Responsibilities
- Safely administer medications and treatments as a clinical resource.
- Transcribe physician orders and maintain survey-ready records.
- Assess residents and provide status updates to physicians and pharmacy partners.
- Supervise and mentor CNAs to ensure high-quality resident-centered care.
