Jefferson City Health and Rehabilitation Center in Jefferson City, TN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time roles on 2nd and 3rd shifts. Starting wages range from $26.75 to $32.75 per hour, with daily, weekly, or bi-weekly pay options through UKG Wallet.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited LPN/LVN school of nursing.
• Valid LPN/LVN license in the state employed.
• Valid CPR certification.
• One year experience in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Documents the resident’s condition and nursing needs.
• Implements physicians’ orders accurately and promptly.
• Assigns nursing care to team members based on needs and capabilities.
• Supervises and evaluates junior staff and CNAs.
• Administers medications and treatments and records per rules and regulations.
• Participates in orientation and in-service training for personnel.
• Maintains inventory and ensures equipment is clean and safe.
• Coordinates nursing care with therapy and other departments.
