Legend Senior Living in Tallahassee, FL is seeking an outstanding Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support our nursing team. You will manage resident medication administration, participate in service planning, and supervise nursing staff to ensure compassionate, high-quality care.

This role requires a current LPN license and CPR certification; prior supervisory experience in senior living is preferred. You will engage with residents and their families, participate in assessments, and support

Qualifications

• Current LPN nursing license and CPR certification required.
• Prior supervisory experience in senior living preferred.
• 1 year of prior relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and training the nursing staff to ensure quality of care
• Verifying the proper distribution and required documentation of medication, treatments and orders
• Participating in regular resident assessments and service planning, and coordinating with ancillary health care services
• Assisting with the move-in/move-out process including tours, orientation, evaluations, and family communications
• Providing direct care when needed, such as during health emergencies or during on-call rotation
• Relaying resident concerns or changes to the appropriate department manager
