Base pay range

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a 2nd shift LPN to work in an intellectual disability facility in Ladson, SC

• 13 week assignment
• Full-Time hours- 40 hours/week
• 2nd shift - 2:45pm-11:15pm with 30 minute break
• Every other weekend required
• Holidays REQUIRED
• Experience in behavioral settings preferred - strong background and experience with intellectually disabled consumers

The Psychiatric or Mental/Behavioral Health LPN is responsible and accountable for the application of the nursing process and the delivery of patient care in the psychiatric unit of a hospital, mental health/behavioral health hospital, or they can be responsible for care in community settings.

The LPN must demonstrate the ability to make clinical judgments in an effective and efficient manner with the supervision of a Registered Nurse and in collaboration with the care team.

Minimum Requirements

• Current LPN license in state of assignment
• 1 year experience in a psychiatric care setting preferred
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
