Advocate Health is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse for a full-time role in a medical office setting. The position involves direct patient care, accurate documentation, and coordination with the care team. The LPN will perform venipuncture, administer medications, and assist with procedures while ensuring safety and quality of care.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with a competitive pay range. The role requires an active LPN license, BLS, and experience in a clinical office environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse with current license to practice in applicable state.
• Graduate of an Accredited School of Practical Nursing.
• BLS certification required per policy guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide care or arrange for care within nursing scope.
• Document all patient care/interactions in medical record.
• Perform venipuncture and injections as needed.
• Take vital signs, height and weight, and monitor patient status.
• Assist with physician procedures and exams and clean up rooms.
